Strategy Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing veterinary services organization, the full-time Strategy Manager will partner with senior leadership on critical business priorities, managing strategic initiatives, financial modeling, and market analysis in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, including De Novo Growth and real estate projects
• Build financial models and analytical tools to guide business priorities and capital allocation
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform new business investments

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role
• Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Structured thinker capable of synthesizing complex data into actionable recommendations
• Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for animals and/or the veterinary services industry
