Job Summary
To shape the company's strategic direction, the remote Strategy Manager will define and execute a multi-year strategy focused on transitioning to a customer-value-led approach, evaluating product and investment opportunities, and translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of MGID's overall strategy and strategic direction for the next 3-5 years
- Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare business cases with financial impact assessments
- Cascade corporate strategy into prioritized projects, defining KPIs and monitoring progress for implementation
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy or corporate development within international tech scale-ups or high-growth environments
- Proven track record in a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent strategic role in a tech company
- Hands-on experience in preparing strategic cases with significant internal impact
- Strong financial modeling skills, including experience with DCF, NPV, and IRR
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
