Job Summary
To enhance the onboarding experience for small and medium-sized merchants, the full-time remote Strategy & Operations Associate will identify process inefficiencies, build visibility tools, and drive scalable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build dashboards to monitor onboarding timelines and identify delays for process improvements
- Develop a shared tracker for blocked cases, analyze trends, and collaborate with partners to resolve issues
- Design and refine onboarding workflows for new integration types and establish scalable processes
Required Qualifications
