Job Summary
Driving strategic initiatives for Sales Development and Marketing, the full-time remote Strategy & Operations Manager will define and optimize strategies for SDR team expansion while enhancing operational efficiency through collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for augmenting the SDR team in alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing analytics platforms, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and influence cross-functional teams effectively
