Seeking a highly skilled Structural Design Technician for a contract-to-hire opportunity, the candidate will work remotely or near Cincinnati, OH, focusing on 3D modeling, contract drawing creation, and collaboration with team members on structural projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and manage 3D models and contract drawings for structural projects
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure project requirements are met
- Utilize software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam for design tasks
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of drafting/design experience in the structural field
- At least 1 year of experience using Revit
- Experience in light manufacturing facility design is preferred
- Familiarity with traditional steel and concrete structures
