Job Summary
To design the future, a Remote Structural Designer will develop 3D structural models and construction-ready drawings in Revit for semiconductor and advanced technology facilities while leading small design teams and managing project coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Develop conceptual and detailed 3D structural models and construction-ready drawings in Revit
- Lead small design teams by managing task assignments and monitoring project progress
- Perform quality reviews of structural models and documentation to ensure compliance with client standards
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting or equivalent
- At least 5 years of structural design experience
- 3+ years of proficiency in Revit
- Experience with semiconductor facilities and tools such as Navisworks, Bluebeam, Tekla, or SmartPlant preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead design packages and conduct cross-discipline BIM package reviews
