Job Summary
To support innovative projects, the contract Structural Designer will develop 3D structural models and detailed drawings in Revit, lead design teams, and coordinate cross-discipline efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop conceptual and detailed 3D structural models and construction-ready drawings in Revit for semiconductor and advanced technology facilities
- Lead small design teams by managing task assignments, balancing workloads, and monitoring progress to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met
- Perform thorough quality reviews of structural models and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client standards
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting or equivalent required
- At least 5 years of structural design experience and 3+ years of proficiency in Revit
- Demonstrated ability to lead small design packages and conduct cross-discipline BIM package reviews
- Experience with semiconductor facilities, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Tekla, or SmartPlant preferred
- Reliable home internet service for a fully remote position
