Student Finance Representative

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and student-focused, the full-time remote Student Finance Representative will serve as a primary contact for financial inquiries, providing support on tuition, payment plans, and student accounts while managing high-volume communications and advising students and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communications regarding financial inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Guide students and families through tuition statements, payment options, and financial aid inquiries
• Administer payment plans and process transactions while conducting audits on accounts and supporting process improvements

Required Qualifications

• College degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in higher education, banking, or financial aid environments
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheet tools such as Excel and Google Sheets
• Familiarity with higher education software and CRMs like Workday Student, Salesforce, or Colleague is a plus
