Student Finance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Finance Specialist (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle finance-related inquiries from students, families, prospects, and alumni via phone and email
• Assist students with tuition statements, payments, financial holds, and payment plans
• Audit and analyze student accounts for accuracy and assist with general student service functions

Required Qualifications

• College degree required with a minimum of two years of customer service experience in higher education or related fields
• Experience in college business, student accounts, or financial aid office is a plus
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant software
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment and maintain professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
