Student Project Manager

Job Summary

To ensure high-quality, competency-based classroom experiences for students, the full-time remote Student Project Manager will manage recruitment and support for Project Leaders, oversee project design and execution, and serve as the primary operational contact for university clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified Project Leaders to sponsor student capstone projects while maintaining an ongoing pipeline of prospects
• Collaborate with Project Leaders to design project briefs and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle
• Serve as the main operational point of contact for university clients, delivering updates on project status and program health

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in outreach, sales, recruitment, or business development combined with project or program management
• Demonstrated success in a client-facing role with the ability to build trust among diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple active projects and relationships simultaneously
• Experience in online, competency-based, or non-traditional educational environments preferred
• Bachelor's degree; relevant experience may substitute
