Job Summary
To support effective Young Life ministry, the part-time Student Staff will engage in spiritual development, leadership training, and direct ministry activities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a personal growth plan that includes prayer, reflection, and active church participation
- Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders while modeling excellence in ministry activities
- Engage in direct ministry work, including leading Young Life clubs and participating in camping strategies
Required qualifications:
- Pursuing a college degree
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with fundraising principles and donor care
- Active participation in a church community
