Job Summary
To support effective Young Life ministry, the part-time remote Student Staff Position will engage in spiritual development, leadership training, and resource development while actively participating in ministry activities and maintaining relationships within the community.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a personal growth plan focused on spiritual disciplines and community involvement
- Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders while modeling excellence in ministry activities
- Assist in fundraising efforts and maintain communication with donor partners to support ministry initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Pursuing a college degree
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
