Job Summary

Dedicated to fostering student engagement, the full-time Student Success Advisor Career & Programmatic will proactively build supportive relationships with students from enrollment to graduation, utilizing effective communication and technology to enhance their academic journey, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively develop and maintain positive relationships with students to ensure engagement and retention
• Communicate effectively with assigned students, providing guidance on academic progress and addressing their needs
• Analyze student data to identify barriers to success and advocate for student needs across university departments

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Engaging phone presence and excellent email communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in student success and a dedication to achieving organizational goals
• Proficiency in using technology, including Blackboard and Microsoft Office products
