Student Success Advisor

Job Summary

To support student academic success and retention, the full-time Student Success Advisor Career & Programmatic will proactively build supportive relationships with online and regional site students, guiding them from enrollment to graduation while managing their academic progress and engagement remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students to ensure ongoing engagement and support
• Communicate effectively with assigned students via phone and email, responding promptly to inquiries and providing guidance on academic progress
• Analyze student data to identify barriers to success and implement strategies to improve retention and student experience

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Engaging phone presence and excellent email communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interest in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize various technologies, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office products
