Job Summary
To support student success in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Student Success Advisor will guide students through academic planning, provide coaching and support, and foster meaningful relationships to enhance retention and graduation outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Guide students with course planning, scheduling, and academic success strategies while providing proactive outreach and individualized support
- Foster meaningful relationships and create positive student experiences through engagement initiatives and celebration of milestones
- Collaborate with faculty and support teams to advocate for students and address their needs while maintaining compliance with university policies
Required qualifications
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two to three years of experience in advising, student services, customer success, coaching, education, healthcare, or a related field
- Higher education experience strongly preferred
- Confidence using technology and student information systems
- Commitment to student success and service excellence
