Student Success Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Student Success Manager in a full-time remote capacity, this role will manage the recruitment, enrollment, and advising of diverse undergraduate and graduate students, ensuring they receive comprehensive support throughout their academic journey.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in recruitment efforts to attract and enroll qualified students through various outreach activities
• Advise and guide students on career and program interests, assisting them through the enrollment process
• Manage onboarding for enrolled students, providing financial guidance and personalized support throughout their education

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Healthcare, Psychology, or Communications
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in counseling/advising or customer service
• Strong proficiency in technology for student management and engagement
• Familiarity with student information systems and CRM tools
• In-depth knowledge of online education platforms and FERPA regulations
