Student Success Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate and organized Student Success Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage student and family support, address inquiries and concerns, and ensure a positive experience throughout the educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for students and families, providing responsive support via email and phone
• Investigate and resolve student concerns related to service delivery and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders
• Coordinate student onboarding and transitions while monitoring ongoing needs to enhance satisfaction and engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Experience in a student-facing, client services, or relationship management role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to build rapport with students and families
• Proficiency with common productivity and communication tools, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
