Job Summary
Guiding families through enrollment decisions and student success, the full-time remote Student Support Specialist will manage communication via phone, email, and virtual consultations while building trust-based relationships with parents and students.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound communications to advise parents and students on program enrollment, scheduling, and student progress
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships through empathetic and confident communication
- Manage operational tasks and maintain documentation to ensure continuity in student support
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, advising, or customer success
- Ability to learn and become knowledgeable about educational programs and offerings
- Comfort and confidence in consultative and advisory phone conversations
- Exceptional organization and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with or interest in computer coding or computer science concepts
