Student Wellness Case Manager

Job Summary

Providing individual support to students through short-term, solutions-focused counseling, the full-time remote Student Wellness Case Manager will manage an active caseload, facilitate referrals, and assist in maintaining resource databases for student wellness.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage an active caseload of students, providing brief solutions-focused counseling and timely responses to referrals
• Facilitate ongoing services or referrals across university resources and provide asynchronous support through online mental health programs
• Offer training and consultation to faculty and staff to foster a supportive community of wellness

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, public health, or a related field required
• Minimum 2 years' experience providing case management services to adult student populations
• Military experience preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a diverse community
