Job Summary

To ensure the smooth operation of multiple original shows, the full-time Studio Director will oversee production schedules, track milestones, and manage resources remotely while collaborating closely with producers and studio leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date overview of each show's schedule, milestones, and status while identifying risks and conflicts early
• Coordinate production calendars and deliverables with producers, ensuring timely handoffs between development, production, and post-production
• Prepare slate reviews and weekly status reports for studio leadership, capturing learnings for future projects

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program or production management within media, entertainment, or digital content
• Proven ability to manage multiple productions or projects simultaneously while adhering to schedules and budgets
• Strong familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
• Experience working closely with producers, creative leads, and executives
• Understanding of how shows are launched and promoted on social platforms, along with performance measurement
