Study Abroad Advisor

Job Summary

Guiding students through the study abroad process, the full-time salaried Study Abroad Advisor will provide personalized support from program selection to re-entry, while collaborating with campus partners and maintaining knowledge of approved programs.

Key responsibilities

• Advises students on program selection, academics, finances, health and safety, and policies
• Guides students through the transfer credit process and evaluates applications
• Maintains contact with students while abroad and participates in post-return programming

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• One or more years of experience in international education
• Advanced ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
• Excellent organizational and computer skills
• Experience studying, living, or working overseas
