Study Design Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a remote, full-time Study Design Lead, the candidate will manage the interpretation of sponsor protocol requirements into precise database designs, engage with clients throughout study phases, and coordinate internal processes for clinical research projects.

Key responsibilities

• Translate sponsor protocol requirements into study-specific database designs and create Statements of Work
• Consult on study design decisions and collaborate with the Global Study Manager to assess risks and budget implications
• Document client requirements and ensure they are fully addressed throughout the study design process

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 7 or more years of professional experience in clinical or preclinical research
• 1 or more years of experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
