Study Start-Up Manager

Job Summary

Providing operational expertise and customer-focused leadership, the full-time Study Start-Up Manager will oversee start-up and activation activities for multiple studies in a fully remote environment, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and efficient delivery throughout all phases of start-up.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the operational aspects of study start-up activities across various regions or globally
• Ensure adherence to Veristat policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements, including GCP and ICH guidelines
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve successful outcomes in clinical operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably biological science, Pharmacy, or Nursing
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Clinical Operations or a similar department
• SOCRA or ACRP certification and/or membership preferred
• Thorough knowledge of clinical development processes and regulatory environments
• Expertise in Microsoft applications and proven experience in leading clinical study operations
