Study Start Up Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the global Study Start Up team, the full-time Business Operations Associate will manage site activation activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely from anywhere in the US.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned Study Start Up activities to meet established goals and compliance standards
- Generate project status updates and financial information within relevant tracking systems
- Build relationships with internal teams and site staff to facilitate successful site activation strategies
Required qualifications:
- BS/BA degree or Associates degree with 2 years of experience in healthcare or clinical trial-related roles
- Knowledge of clinical trial conduct and drug development processes
- Understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines
- Proven project management skills
- Fluency in English with strong interpersonal and administrative skills
