Subcontracts Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex subcontracts for Defense programs, the full-time Subcontracts Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of subcontract activities including proposal support, sourcing, negotiations, and supplier performance management while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, award, administer, and close out complex subcontracts and related agreements
• Conduct source selections and develop solicitation packages while supporting capture and proposal activities
• Monitor subcontractor performance and lead resolution of subcontract performance issues and disputes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Law, or a related discipline
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in federal government contracts, subcontract management, or procurement
• Demonstrated experience in subcontract formation, negotiation, and administration in a government contracting environment
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements
• Experience supporting Department of Defense programs is strongly preferred
