Subscriptions & Closings Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Subscriptions & Closings Manager will oversee fund launches, manage investor subscriptions, and ensure timely closings while delivering exceptional client service and collaborating on product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the S&C team by setting priorities, managing workload, and coaching team members to meet SLAs for setup accuracy and closing turnaround
• Oversee the end-to-end quality of fund and SPV setup, subscription review, and closing confirmation, acting as the final escalation point for issues
• Serve as the primary S&C contact for GPs and institutional clients, translating their needs into product requirements and establishing repeatable processes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in fund administration, operations, or investor services within private markets, with hands-on experience in investor subscriptions and capital closings
• Direct experience with traditional closed-end/drawdown funds, including capital calls and multi-close mechanics
• Experience in a controls-conscious environment, with knowledge of audit, compliance, and KYC/AML processes
• 1+ years of team management experience, with a proven track record of coaching and running high-volume operational queues
• Strong customer service skills, comfortable managing relationships with GPs, LPs, or institutional clients under pressure
