Subsidence Loss Adjuster
Job Summary
Handling a diverse portfolio of subsidence claims, the fully remote Subsidence Loss Adjuster will investigate, manage, and report on both commercial and domestic losses while ensuring claims are settled fairly and with integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and manage a caseload of Property claims from initiation to settlement
- Communicate effectively with clients, policyholders, and professionals to assess and negotiate claims
- Utilize modern subsidence handling techniques and technology to interpret investigation results
Required qualifications
- Experience in investigating and handling subsidence claims
- Understanding of subsidence mechanics, construction, and mitigation
- CILA and/or CII qualifications are advantageous but not essential
- Eligibility to work in the UK
