Substance Use Disorder Specialist

Job Summary

As a key member of a founding go-to-market team, the full-time remote Substance Use Disorder Specialist will manage the client journey from initial contact through the start of care, ensuring seamless connections between clients, referral partners, and the Admissions team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the client journey from first contact through the start of care, preventing any drop-offs in the process
• Serve as the liaison between referral partners, clients, and the Admissions team, ensuring clear communication and confidence in care
• Collaborate with the Outreach team to facilitate client movement toward treatment and coach on pipeline strategies

Required qualifications

• Experience in a direct client-facing role, preferably within the mental health field
• Availability to support pipeline management activities during key Central Time and West Coast hours (11am to 7pm ET)
• Authorization to work in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
• Familiarity with cloud-based communication tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, and Salesforce
• Willingness to utilize EMR and survey software on a daily basis
