SUD Group Facilitator
Job Summary
To enhance programming and provide exceptional care, the part-time SUD Group Facilitator will facilitate remote telehealth group sessions for adolescent and young adult clients, requiring a Master's degree in mental health and prior group facilitation experience.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate group sessions using Charlie Health's curriculum, fostering a supportive environment for client engagement and skill development
- Participate in collaborative treatment team meetings and ensure timely communication with clients and staff
- Complete onboarding requirements and maintain documentation in compliance with agency standards
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Relevant addiction credentials (e.g., CADC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience working with youth and young adults in substance use disorder treatment
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and group treatment techniques
- Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays and Saturdays
