Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Patient Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight and support to Team Lead(s) and Representatives for client performance
  • Act as a point of escalation and knowledge source for team and client success
  • Supervise a fast-paced call center team, handling high call volumes and ensuring client objectives are met

Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a Team Lead or Supervisor role in a healthcare revenue cycle call center
  • Experience working with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech, or Cerner
  • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor teams to achieve client objectives
  • Experience in creating and maintaining effective communication within a virtual team
  • Education or training relevant to the healthcare industry
