Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Patient Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and support to Team Lead(s) and Representatives for client performance
- Act as a point of escalation and knowledge source for team and client success
- Supervise a fast-paced call center team, handling high call volumes and ensuring client objectives are met
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a Team Lead or Supervisor role in a healthcare revenue cycle call center
- Experience working with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech, or Cerner
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor teams to achieve client objectives
- Experience in creating and maintaining effective communication within a virtual team
- Education or training relevant to the healthcare industry
