Supplemental Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the adjudication and processing of supplemental insurance claims, the full-time remote Supplemental Claims Analyst will ensure accurate claim resolution, handle appeals and complaints, and mentor team members while collaborating with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and adjudicate supplemental insurance claims, ensuring accurate and timely claim resolution
• Review and resolve appeals, complaints, and complex claim issues while maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
• Train, mentor, and support team members to promote knowledge sharing, performance improvement, and professional growth

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; higher education preferred
• 2 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, or financial services
• Minimum 1 year of supplemental claims experience, including Hospital Indemnity, Accident, and Critical Illness products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience working with ClaimsVantage, V3locity, and Correy systems
