Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process supplemental insurance claims from intake to payment
• Verify eligibility and adjudicate claims, including calculations and documentation
• Handle claim payments and manage issues related to misplaced or lost checks

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• 1+ years of experience in claims submission, communication, eligibility verification, or processing
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience with supplemental insurance claims is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
