Supplemental Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Adjudicating and processing supplemental insurance claims remotely, the full-time Supplemental Claims Examiner will gather and analyze claim information, verify eligibility, and ensure timely payments while delivering compassionate service to claimants and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage claim intake, review, and communication across digital and paper channels
• Verify eligibility, analyze coverage details, and adjudicate supplemental insurance claims
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying issues and supporting workflow enhancements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in supplemental claims processing
• Prior experience with medical billing or CPT coding
• Strong ability to analyze information and interpret policy provisions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
