Supplier and Procurement Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing remote work infrastructure, the full-time Supplier and Procurement Manager will manage vendor networks, develop sourcing strategies, and oversee supplier performance while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and activate a vetted supplier and asset ecosystem for rapid deployment and temporary workforce infrastructure
• Lead category planning and sourcing strategies for various site-support categories including housing, transportation, and facilities support
• Negotiate commercial arrangements and manage supplier performance through established KPIs and corrective actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum four years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or related operational roles
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing, contracting, and managing vendors in time-sensitive environments
• Experience leading RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations
• Strong commercial judgment and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
