Supplier Enablement Analyst
Job Summary
Managing supplier onboarding and enablement activities, the full-time remote Ariba Supplier Enablement Analyst will drive supplier adoption of electronic invoicing processes, resolve operational issues, and support ERP transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding, including outreach, training, and tracking readiness
- Analyze and resolve complex issues related to purchase orders and invoicing, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Monitor supplier enablement performance metrics and recommend process improvements based on data analysis
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with SAP Ariba, particularly in supplier enablement and transaction support
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, including managing large datasets and dashboards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams using various tools
