Supplier Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

Driving the transition of business-to-business payments from paper checks to electronic methods, the remote contract Supplier Enablement Specialist will conduct proactive outreach to suppliers, communicate payment strategy benefits, and manage high-volume campaign workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound outreach to assigned suppliers to explain electronic payment options and manage follow-up through enrollment
• Research and confirm supplier records, providing support and resolving inquiries while coordinating with business clients and internal teams
• Enroll suppliers in electronic payment methods, record outreach activities, and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client service, sales, operations, financial services, or payments
• 2+ years of supplier enablement experience supporting electronic payment adoption
• Professional outbound calling or sales experience with strong stakeholder communication skills
• Moderate proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data management
• Ability to work independently within client priorities and escalation procedures
