Supplier Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

Driving the transition to electronic payment methods, the remote contract Supplier Enablement Specialist will conduct proactive outreach to suppliers, communicate payment strategy benefits, and manage high-volume campaign workflows over a 12-month period.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound phone and email outreach to assigned suppliers to explain electronic payment options and their value
• Manage follow-up processes through enrollment, closure, or formal handoff while coordinating among business clients, suppliers, and internal bank teams
• Enroll suppliers according to operating guidelines and maintain accurate records of outreach and enrollment activities for reporting purposes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in client service, sales, operations, financial services, payments, or a related field
• 2+ years of supplier enablement experience supporting electronic payment adoption
• Professional outbound calling or sales experience, along with business email and stakeholder communication skills
• Moderate Excel proficiency, including formulas, filtering, sorting, and formatting
• Ability to work independently while adhering to client priorities and escalation procedures
