Supplier Management Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance supplier performance and manage contracts effectively, the full-time Supplier Management Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally, monitor supplier KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, with the flexibility to work remotely up to three days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic supplier performance by maintaining scorecards, KPIs, and addressing service gaps through corrective actions
• Oversee supplier contract management, ensuring compliance with obligations, pricing, and service commitments throughout the contract lifecycle
• Support sourcing and tender activities, contributing to RFPs and supplier assessments while defining performance expectations

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in supplier performance and contract management
• Strong analytical skills to track supplier spend and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ability to assess and manage operational and compliance risks
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Subject matter expertise in supply chain management principles and practices
