Supplier Program Manager

Job Summary

To ensure successful supplier engagement in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Supplier Program Manager will manage contract negotiations, oversee supplier performance, and maintain compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the evaluation, negotiation, and closure of critical sub-contracts with strategic suppliers
• Monitor and report on sub-contractor performance against schedule, cost, and quality targets
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 6+ years of proven experience in sub-contract management within spacecraft, aerospace, or complex technical programs
• Experience with procurement of multi-million dollar contracts and contract lifecycle management
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
