Supplier Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the supplier quality team, the full-time remote Supplier Quality Engineering Manager will build a world-class team, develop the company's quality management system, and ensure vendors deliver conforming products while driving resolutions for non-conformances.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers
• Collaborate with design and supply chain leaders to enhance supplier quality management processes
• Drive a culture of rapid response and long-term corrective actions within the team and with vendors

Required qualifications

• Experience in supplier quality management and engineering
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage quality control processes
• Familiarity with failure/root cause analysis methodologies
• Understanding of quality documentation development
• Knowledge of performance monitoring related to quality nonconformance
