Supplier Recruitment Manager

Job Summary

Building and leading a supplier-facing team, the full-time remote Supplier Recruitment Manager will focus on recruiting suppliers into a virtual card program, managing performance, and developing strategies while initially working directly on calls to refine processes and training.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the calling team, including making supplier calls and developing training materials
• Own daily KPIs for the team, tracking calls, conversions, and supplier retention efforts
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define processes and maintain accurate documentation of workflows and campaign activities

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in supplier enrollment, vendor enablement, or related outbound contact functions
• Prior experience leading, training, or coaching a calling or outreach team
• Experience with virtual card programs or supplier acceptance strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with Workday is a plus
• Experience in building programs or processes is preferred
