Supplier Relationship Manager

Job Summary

To protect and grow monetized supplier spend, the full-time Supplier Relationship Manager will manage strategic supplier engagement, negotiate retention strategies, and convert suppliers to monetized payment solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-value downgrade cases and negotiate with suppliers to retain card and debit payment methods
• Identify and convert qualified suppliers to monetized payment solutions through targeted outreach and relationship building
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address process gaps and enhance supplier experiences, documenting all interactions and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in business, payments, or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience in B2B payments, supplier relationship management, or fintech
• Proven negotiation skills with the ability to balance supplier experience and client expectations
• Experience managing complex supplier discussions involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong financial acumen, including understanding of payment modalities and supplier pricing
