Supply Chain Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the buying and delivery process of goods, the full-time Supply Chain Analyst will manage purchase orders, ensure timely deliveries, and oversee logistics compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between vendors and offices to ensure timely order deliveries and expedite processes as needed
• Research and resolve disputes with vendors regarding pricing and delivery issues
• Provide recommendations for improvements in purchasing methods and logistics effectiveness

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in production and inventory management (CPIM) or equivalent training preferred
• Four years of experience in an administrative/clerical environment, with a preference for two years in supply chain-specific roles
• Advanced skills in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Pivot Tables
• Accounting knowledge is preferred
• Knowledge of database management
