Supply Chain Analyst

Job Summary

To support procurement and supplier reconciliation efforts, the remote Supply Chain Analyst will manage invoice and goods receipt discrepancies, collaborate with suppliers to resolve disputes, and ensure timely payments while maintaining accurate records in the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate reconciliation of shipments and payments
• Monitor supplier accounts and work with Accounts Payable to address invoice processing issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or accounts payable roles
• Experience with PO, GR, and invoice reconciliation in an ERP environment, preferably SAP/S4HANA
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
