Supply Chain Analyst
Job Summary
Managing customer service activities for the Industrial Sales business, the full-time Supply Chain Analyst will provide support for post-sale inquiries, coordinate order to cash functions, and enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and process improvements, with the option to work remotely or from Creve Coeur, Missouri.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and execute customer service functions for over 20 industrial sales customers, ensuring smooth order processing and accurate invoicing
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external warehouses to maintain product availability and develop daily shipping schedules
- Engage with customers to address inquiries related to orders, invoicing, and collections while identifying continuous improvement opportunities in Industrial Sales processes
Required qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in Supply Chain or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- SAP experience
