Job Summary
Managing customer service activities for the Industrial Sales business, the full-time Supply Chain Analyst will handle post-sale inquiries, ensure smooth order processing, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain product availability, either remotely or at the Creve Coeur, Missouri location.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and execute customer service standards for over 20 industrial sales customers, managing order to cash functions
- Ensure smooth order processing, shipping requests, and accurate invoicing while collaborating with product supply and warehouses
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance internal efficiency and customer experience
Required qualifications:
- BS/BA degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- SAP experience
