Supply Chain Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end supply chain for the Breadbox program, the full-time Supply Chain Analyst will plan and create purchase orders, oversee customer order management, and control inventory while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan production orders based on customer demand and manage inbound order execution
• Receive and enter customer orders into Oracle, ensuring compliance and timely shipping
• Manage inventory levels and reconcile vendor invoices while liaising with 3PLs for compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in supply chain or a business-related field
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Working knowledge of consumer food manufacturing and supply chain processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel
