Supply Chain Associate

Job Summary

Managing supplier relations, the full-time Supply Chain Associate will execute and expedite purchase orders while working remotely, ensuring timely delivery of products and assisting in inventory management and cost negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Document incoming purchase order confirmations and follow up with suppliers on discrepancies
• Manage purchase orders through SAP/ECC and assist with back order follow-ups and tracking shipments
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and provide training for new personnel as needed

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a related field preferred
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience with computer systems and inventory management tools
• Good customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
