Supply Chain BI Analyst
Job Summary
To drive data-driven decision-making across supply chain operations, the full-time remote Supply Chain BI Analyst will build and maintain BI dashboards, analyze key supply chain KPIs, and provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reports to monitor supply chain performance
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities in inventory management and order fulfillment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve key metrics such as OTIF, fill rates, and inventory turnover
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or supply chain analytics
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Omni, Power BI, Tableau, and strong SQL skills
- Experience with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan)
- Understanding of supply chain concepts, including demand planning and logistics KPIs
