Supply Chain Demand Planner
Job Summary
To support demand forecasting for assigned Sales Units across North America, the fully remote Supply Chain Demand Planner will manage demand forecasts, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive accuracy and continuous improvement in planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the demand forecast, analyzing historical data and market conditions to develop accurate forecasts
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to align on demand plans and communicate risks and opportunities
- Utilize planning systems to monitor demand performance and support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning
- Strong knowledge of demand analysis, forecast accuracy, and IBP/S&OP processes
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, B2B, or distribution environment
- Proficiency in working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred
